You say I'm romanticising these acts but then go on to describe them with words like 'satanic' and 'demonic' as if they are not human but some sort of supernatural beings. You clearly have a romanticsed view of their 'irreversible evil'. Violent psychopaths are still humans, maybe not the sort of human that you'd want to be around but still human nonetheless. (Which wasn't really the point of this essay anyway, more just to show two opposing ways that similar crimes were reacted to.)
